我が家の家庭菜園、カブと大根と白菜、それにネギが畑に残っている・・大根も白菜も新聞紙でくるんでおけば、年明け3月初めころまではもつものです・・カブは長持ちしないから・消費しとかないとです・・大根とカブの葉も刻んで大根、カブの浅漬作ります・・とてもおいしいです・・
